Supplier Cancellation Terms
Voyera is a booking platform connecting guests with independent accommodation providers. Each property listed on Voyera is operated by an independent Supplier, and cancellation and refund terms are set exclusively by that Supplier.
By making a booking through Voyera, you agree to the cancellation policy of the relevant Supplier, which is displayed on the property page and confirmed in your booking summary before payment.
Deposit Refunds
Whether your deposit is refundable depends on the cancellation policy of the Supplier for your property. Please refer to the property page or your booking confirmation for the specific terms that apply to your reservation.
How to Cancel
To cancel a booking, please contact us at bookings@voyera.com with your booking reference. We will liaise with the relevant Supplier and confirm the applicable cancellation terms and any refund due.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance for all bookings. A good policy typically covers cancellation due to illness, injury, or travel disruption, as well as on-mountain incidents such as ski injury or rescue. These are circumstances that sit outside the cancellation terms set by your Supplier. Voyera does not provide travel insurance; we recommend choosing a provider with coverage for winter sports in Japan.
