What we can match

The same property, room type, dates and number of guests.
The same cancellation and payment terms.
A price anyone can book publicly at the time you tell us, compared as the total price for the stay including taxes and fees. Our total includes the card processing fee.
Prices in other currencies are converted to Japanese yen at the rate on the day we check.

Tell us where you saw the lower price using the price match form. A link helps but is not required.
We check the price ourselves and reply personally within 24 hours, by email, phone or WhatsApp, whichever suits you.
You are welcome to book while we check. Properties with instant confirmation may not allow free cancellation if we cannot match the price, so check the property's cancellation policy and choose one that allows cancellation within 4 to 7 days of booking.
If we match it, we confirm the matched total in writing and apply the difference as a discount on your Voyera booking.
A confirmed match is valid for 48 hours.

Packages that include flights or other services. We match accommodation rates only.
Prices that appear to be errors, or that are no longer available when we check.
Requests made after your booking is confirmed.

Matching is at Voyera's discretion.
