Cancellation policy
This property is managed by Niseko Alpine Development - NISADE.
- Free cancellation within 3 days of booking confirmation.
- Bookings made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
- All payments are non-refundable within 60 days of check-in.
Payment: A 20% deposit is due within 3 days of confirmation and is non-refundable unless otherwise stated. No refunds are available under any circumstances, including changes to travel plans or unforeseen events. The remaining balance is due 60 days before check-in and is non-refundable. Cancellaton: A cancellation fee of JPY 20,000 applies to all cancellations. More than 60 days before check-in: 20% of the total booking value (equivalent to the deposit). Within 60 days of check-in: 100% of the total booking value. This also applies to bookings made within 60 days of check-in. Additional deposit terms may apply at the time of booking. Bookings with an outstanding balance not paid by 31 days before check-in will be cancelled on day 30. Cancellation fees apply.
