Free cancellation within 4 days of booking confirmation. After 4 days, the 20% deposit is non-refundable; the balance is refundable until 60 days before check-in. Within 60 days of check-in, all payments are non-refundable. Bookings made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable (refund only if the property does not confirm).
